Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, KG Petrochem has informed that Arpit Sukhwal (Membership No. A-31445) has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company with effect from December 17, 2022. The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from responsibilities with effect from December 17, 2022. His successor shall be appointed in due course and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges. Further, the details required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure.
