Pasari Spinning Mills has informed that in terms of the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India [Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from immediate effect from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 31st December, 2022 to the public. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2022 will be communicated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
