Further to its letter dated March 24, 2022 informing about the filing of the resolution plan as approved by the CoC with the Hon’ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench, Sintex Industries has informed that the hearing which was scheduled before the Hon’ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench on 22nd December, 2022, was listed and the hearing has now been scheduled on 9th January, 2023 for considering/reviewing the Resolution Plan by the Hon’ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench.
