Skipper has informed that in terms of Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons' read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st January, 2023 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results by the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2022. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the financial results will be intimated in due course.
