Himadri Speciality Chemical has informed that pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report of trading by Designated Persons, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from 01 January 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2022. The Trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company's un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2022 to the Stock Exchanges.
