Nimbus Projects has entered into agreement for the sale of 1,12,50,000 Zero Percent Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of its Associate Company -- Capital Infraprojects to Integra Essentia and Just Right Life. The total consideration is received from Integra Essentia and Just Right Life is Rs 12.00 crore and Rs 3.00 crore respectively. The Amount to be received from buyer within 30 days of the execution of the agreement.
