Sva India has informed that in accordance with prior intimation of 27.11.2022, the date of release of ECB funds will be before 31.12.2022, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. However, the Company has only received a portion of the payment- $26,558.52 out of total borrowing of $10,00,000 before December 31, 2022, and the remaining balance has not yet been paid by Brightmax Singapore. Further informed that the Company would receive the ECB funds in tranches prior to March 31, 2023.
