Energy Development Company has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives, Directors & Promoters from 01st January, 2023. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2022 to the Stock Exchanges.
