Synergy Green Industries has informed that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for Prohibitions of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and insiders from January 01, 2023 to till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of an Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended on December 31, 2022. Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above-mentioned period of closure of window.
