Pushpsons Industries has informed that in Terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor Report Trading by designated person framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the securities of Pushpsons Industries (the company) will remain closed from 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022. The date of declaration financial results will be intimated separately in due course of time. Employees of the Company and /or their immediate relative shall not trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
