The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2022, will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Board Members, Connected Persons and Designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
