Hittco Tools has informed that as per ‘Company Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading’, the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company shall remain closed from Sunday, 01st January, 2023 for consideration and finalization of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2022. The Trading Window will open upon completion of 48 hours of publication of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the said period after approval thereof by the Board of Directors of the Company. The same has been communicated to the Designated Persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct.
