Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended & Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Channel Nine Entertainment has informed that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company is closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives, from 01st January, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the date of declaration of Unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2022. The date of the Board meeting for approval of the aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course of time.
