Variman Global Enterprises has received approval from Board of Directors for the allotment of 1,15,00,000 equity shares of Rs 1 each pursuant to conversion of 1,15,00,000 convertible warrants of Rs 1 each at an issue price of Rs 3.30 per share, including a premium of Rs 2.30 per share. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on January 5, 2023, has approved the same.

Variman Global Enterprises is engaged in the business of distribution of HPMPS division and EATON Power Solutions.
