HKG has informed that the Members of the Company through Postal Ballot resolution dated November 20, 2022 approved the change in the name of the Company from 'HKG Limited' to 'UR Sugar Industries Limited'. The Company then made an application for the change of name to the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai and the Registrar of Companies has approved the application and has granted a new Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name to 'UR Sugar Industries Limited' dated January 05, 2023.
