Vivanta Industries has entered into Joint Venture Agreement with Tamy General Trading Company. The Joint Venture will conduct its business under the name of South Sudan Analytical Laboratory. The Joint Venture shall be formed for the purpose of setting up Government approved analytical testing facilities for pharmaceutical formulation, Medical devices, Mineral Water, Gloves and Condoms. The project is expected to commence operations from April, 2023.
