Dhunseri Tea & Industries has entered into an agreement with Apeejay Tea to sell Hapjan Tea Estate and Budlabeta Tea Estate on January 19, 2023.
On January 18, 2023, the company had entered into agreement with Khagorijan Tea Estate LLP to sell Khagorijan Tea Estate. Besides, the company and Warren Tea have also entered into an agreement to sell Duamara Tea Estate, Tara Tea Estate and Deohall Tea Estate. The transfer of the aforesaid Tea Estates has been completed and possession taken over.
Dhunseri Tea & Industries is engaged in tea production. It provides packaging and blending units are located in Dhunseri Tea Estate (Assam) and at Jaipur (Rajasthan).
