Page Industries has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 9 February 2023 to consider the following; to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31 December 2022; To consider declaration of 3rd Interim dividend, to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2022-23. Further informed that in case the said interim dividend is declared by the Board of Directors, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of such interim dividend will be 17 February 2023.
