Lloyds Steels Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 2nd February, 2023 at 11:00 AM to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December, 2022. Further to Notice dated 31st December, 2022 relating to intimation of Closure of Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of Lloyds Steels Industries shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives until 4th February, 2023, 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December, 2022. Accordingly, all Directors/Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
