Redington has informed that Redserv Global Solutions ('RGSL'), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Redington ('the Company') has acquired India Branch office of Redington Gulf FZE ('RGF-IB'). Before the above-said transaction, RGF-IB was a Branch office of Redington Gulf FZE which is, in turn a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company has enclosed the Annexure describing more details.
