Arvind has subscribed and acquired 31.20% equity stake in Renew Green (GJ Eight) in order to comply with regulatory requirement for being a captive user under electricity laws for setting up of Wind-Solar Hybrid power project at District Bhavnagar, Gujarat. The cost of acquisition is Rs 20.50 crore.
