Further to letters dated 27th December 2022 and 30th December 2022 intimating loss of share certificate and submission of published notice of loss of share certificate, Pitti Engineering has informed that the company has issued letter of confirmation in lieu of the original share certificate reported lost, details whereof are enclosed. The aforesaid letter of confirmation has been issued pursuant to the resolution passed by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee on 25th January 2023, the said letter of confirmation was dispatched to the shareholder on 27th January 2023.
