Revathi Equipment has informed that the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench (‘NCLT’) vide its interim order dated 11th January, 2023 had fixed the final date of hearing of the petition for the sanction of the Scheme on 15th March, 2023 and had further directed to advertise notice of hearing in ‘Business Standard’ (All India Edition) and ‘Dinamani Tamil’ (Tamil Nadu Edition) and send notice to relevant statutory/regulatory authorities. Pursuant to Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed the copies of the newspaper advertisement published on newspapers on 28th January 2023 in ‘Business Standard’ (All India Edition) and ‘Dinamani Tamil’ (Tamil Nadu Edition).
