Tarai Foods has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 10th February, 2023 at 4.30 pm at Sandhu Farms, Rudrapur to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022. Further, as per the ‘Code of conduct’ adopted by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the provisions of Section 195 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from 3rd February, 2023 till Forty-eight hours after the date of Board Meeting 10th February, 2023 for Directors, officers and Designated Employees and their immediate relatives.
