Ashok Leyland has reported 23% growth in its total sales, including exports, at 17200 units in January 2023 over the same month last year. Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) sales were stood at 6150 units in January 2023. Medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCV) Trucks and bus sales stood at 9193 units and 1857 units, respectively.
Domestic sales in January 2023 stood at 16198 units. Domestic LCV sales stood at 6090 units in January 2023. Domestic M&HCV Trucks and bus sales stood at 9119 units and 989 units, respectively.
Ashok Leyland, the Hinduja Group flagship company in India, is engaged in the manufacturing of commercial vehicles and related components. The company’s products include buses, trucks, engines, defense and special vehicles.
