Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Elecon Engineering Co has informed that Link Intime India, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company has received request for issuance of duplicate share certificate from the shareholder of the Company, who has reported the loss of their respective Original Share Certificate, details whereof are mentioned as enclosed. The said shares have been put in 'Stop Transfer' by RTA and it has been further advised by the Company to verify the particulars of the request and advise the shareholder accordingly.
