Force Motors has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 9th February, 2023, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2022. Further, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the ‘Designated Persons’ and their immediate relatives has already been closed with effect from 1st January 2023 and shall remain closed till the completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the above mentioned financial results; as per the Company’s Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
