GMM Pfaudler's wholly owned subsidiary -- Pfaudler GmbH, has completed the acquisition of Mixel France SAS and its wholly owned subsidiary Mixel Agitator on February 2, 2023.
Earlier, GMM Pfaudler through its wholly owned subsidiary -- Pfaudler GmbH, had entered into an agreement on December 8, 2022 to acquire Mixel France SAS and its wholly owned subsidiary Mixel Agitator Co. (collectively known as ‘Mixel’).
GMM Pfaudler is a leading supplier of engineered equipment and systems for critical applications in the global chemical and pharmaceutical markets.
