Kiri Industries has informed that as per the direction of Court of Appeal (the Supreme Court of Singapore), vide Judgement dated 6 July 2022, the Singapore International Commercial Court (‘SICC’) shall deliver the judgement on valuation of Company’s stake in DyStar tomorrow 8th February 2023, giving effect to the decisions of the Supreme Court of Singapore. The company will further update once the judgement becomes available to the Company.
