Kolte-Patil Developers has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2022 (Q3FY23).
The company has reported net loss at Rs 45.05 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 14.59 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company reported 4- fold jump at Rs 266.97 crore for Q3FY23 as compared to Rs 62.33 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss at Rs 28.10 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 7.11 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased 53.03% at Rs 374.46 crore for Q3FY23 as compared to Rs 244.70 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
