ITC’s wholly owned subsidiary -- ITC Infotech India has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary in France under the name of ‘ITC Infotech France SAS’ (ITC France) on February 8, 2023. Consequently, ITC France has become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the company with effect from February 8, 2023.
