Ashiana Housing has acquired another land parcel measuring 4 Acres in Neemrana, Rajasthan, next to the 5.67 Acres acquired in Neemrana earlier. It will be an extension to the Ashiana Aangan, Neemrana project launched in December 2012 will be utilized to develop 2 to 3 BHK flats with a total saleable area of approximately 4.00 lakhs sq. ft. This land parcel is currently 'Agricultural' and the company plans to receive the requisite clearances and start development thereafter.
Earlier, the company had acquired a land parcel measuring 5.67 Acres in Neemrana, Rajasthan.
