Jash Engineering has entered into a Joint Venture agreement (JV) with INVENT Umwelt und Verfahrenstechnik AG, Germany (INVENT), on February 13, 2023. A Joint Venture Company will be incorporated in India with 50% shareholding to be held by the Company and remaining 50% to be held by INVENT. A new Joint Venture Company would be incorporated in India for sale, Local Production/Assembly and Service of Mixing systems, Aeration systems, Solid Liquid Separation systems of Invent range of products in India & other geographical areas as determined from time to time.
