Intellivate Capital Ventures has entered in a Share Purchase Agreement dated February 14, 2023 for sale/disposal of 100% Equity Shares held in NIR Advisors. Pursuant to execution of the Share Purchase Agreement and transfer of shares, NIR Advisors will cease to be the wholly owned Subsidiary of the company. The expected date of completion of sale/disposal is on or before February 28, 2023.
