Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Poddar Pigments has informed that it enclosed the details of duplicate share certificate received information on 20th February, 2023, from Link Intime India (Registrar). The Company has issued the duplicate share certificate in lieu of lost /misplaced share certificates. Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022; a Letter of Confirmation will be issued to the Shareholder upon completion of necessary procedures regarding duplicate share certificate.
