Mark AB Welfare Trust is formed by Mark AB Capital Investments India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mark AB Capital Investment LLC (Promoter), a family office and investment company based in UAE. Mark AB Capital Investment LLC-Promoter of the Company already holds 26.48% of the Equity capital of the Company.
