Accordingly, Neha Miglani (ACS 55845) has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in the meeting of the Board of Directors held on Wednesday, 1st Day of March, 2023, pursuant to the Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Neha Miglani is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, having wide experience in the field of Corporate and Industrial Laws. She has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effective from, 01.03.2023 and will be responsible for managing the Corporate Law matters of the Company.
