With reference to letter no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/KB/2022-2023/444 dated March 2, 2023 seeking clarification on significant increase in volume of security of Rupa & Company, Rupa & Company has informed that the Company has been disclosing all the necessary information's/disclosures in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, from time to time. To the best of knowledge, there exist no pending information or announcement required to be disclosed by the Company which may have a bearing on the price/volume behaviour of scrip.
