Pearl Global Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Pearl Global (HK), Hong Kong has incorporated a Subsidiary Company, i.e. Pearl Unlimited, Inc. in New York, USA. Currently, it is incorporated as a group company. However, necessary approval would be taken as and when any related party transactions will be undertaken.
Earlier, the company had received an approval for incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company in India for manufacturing and sale of readymade garments.
