Further, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, and subject to declaration of Interim Dividend and necessary approvals of the Board, the record date for the purpose of interim dividend shall be Monday, April 03, 2023. In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed with immediate effect until Wednesday, March 22, 2023 for the aforementioned purpose.
