Artson Engineering has informed that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide its circulars No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/655 dated 3rd November 2021; and No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/687 dated 14th December 2021, mandated: a) furnishing of PAN, email address, mobile number, bank account details and nomination, by the holders of physical securities; and b) folios wherein any one of the cited document / details are not available on or after 1st April 2023, shall be frozen by the Registrars and Transfer Agent of the Company (RTA) and the shareholder will not be eligible to lodge grievance or avail service request from the RTA. Therefore, the company requested all the shareholders to furnish/update the documents/information, as per the table enclosed, to its RTA immediately, by sending the duly signed and scanned documents through your registered email to rnt.helpdesk@linkintime.co.in.
