Pursuant of Regulation 39 (3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Nagpur Power And Industries has informed that the Company has received a request on 14th March 2023 from RTA for issue of duplicate share certificate against the Certificate reported to be lost/misplaced as per the details enclosed. The duplicate share certificates will be issued only after completion of necessary formalities and on receipt of relevant documents from the shareholder(s).
