Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, ITCONS E-Solutions has informed that the Company has received support resources requirement on staffing model for 201 resources from a new client named Infinite Computer Solutions (India) for their various projects with annual billing of Rs 3,21,37,890 (incl taxes). The resources are to be deployed in three phases. The first and second phase of resource deployment has been completed on March 15, 2023 and the last phase will be completed by mid-April, 2023.
