In continuation to letter dated 10th March, 2023 regarding outcome of the Board Meeting and Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A Para A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, KPT Industries has informed that it enclosed the Postal Ballot Notice and form which will be circulated to those shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners as on March 10th, 2023 (Cut-off).
