The Trading Window for Directors/ Officers/ Designated Persons for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 18th March, 2023 till the next Board Meeting to be held in May 2023 to consider and approve audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The outcome of Board Meeting will be reported to BSE after the meeting in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
