Artson Engineering has informed that in Compliance with the 'Tata Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices' (the Code), and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the 'Designates' and 'Insiders' from 23rd March 2023 till 48 hours after the public announcement of the Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth quarter and Financial year ending on 31st March 2023. All the Directors/ other designated persons, their relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
