Filatex Fashions has informed that Company intends/ proposes to set-up four State of art plants consisting of a spinning unit and socks manufacturing units, in association with JAR Associates, London, as mentioned hereunder: Spinning Mill in Ivory Coast with 150,000 spindles, Two plants each with 200 socks manufacturing machines one each in Nigeria and Manchester, United Kingdom & One plant with 200 socks manufacturing machines in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Company has entered an MOU with JAR Associates, London for setting up a joint venture Company in London, UK.
