Indsil Hydro Power And Manganese has informed that Rajkumari R (ACS 63003) has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company vide her letter dated 25th March 2023 to pursue other opportunities. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today have accepted her resignation with effect from the closing hours of 28th March 2023. Consequent to her resignation, K Ramakrishnan, Whole-time Director of the Company has been appointed as the Interim Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 29th March 2023 till such time a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is appointed.
