Adani Enterprises’ (AEL) wholly owned subsidiary-- AMG Media Networks (AMNL) has completed the acquisition of 49% equity stake in Quint Digital Media (QBML), in accordance with the terms contemplated under the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA). Cost of acquisition is Rs 47.84 crore.
