Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, SVA India has informed that Trading Window for dealing in securities of SVA India shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from Saturday, 01st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting wherein the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2023 would be considered and approved. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately.
